Location: Rugby
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Long‑Term | Monday to Friday
About The School
We are currently working with a well‑established specialist school in Rugby that is looking to appoint SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team on a long‑term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistency, development, and the chance to make a real impact.
The school supports children and young people with special educational needs, including autism and additional learning needs, and offers a structured, supportive environment for both staff and pupils.
About The Role
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small‑group basis
- Assisting with learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
- Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
We're Looking For Candidates Who :
- Have experience working with SEN (school‑based, care, or similar settings preferred)
- Are patient, reliable, and passionate about supporting children.
- Are available Monday to Friday on a long‑term basis.
- Are open to temporary‑to‑permanent opportunities
