• Support teaching and learning across the classroom
• Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions
• Use your previous experience to confidently support pupils with additional needs
• Assist with behaviour management and classroom organisation
• Prepare learning materials and contribute to daily classroom activities
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant (essential)
• Understanding of classroom routines and behaviour strategies
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
