Manchester | Easter Start | Summer Term
£95 – £120 per day
Hays Education is working in partnership with a high performing secondary school in Manchester to recruit a Teaching Assistant to start at Easter, continuing through the summer term.

Your new role

• Support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 in and out of the classroom
• Work closely with teachers to support learning and engagement
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils with additional needs where required
• A varied role working in all areas of the school with the option to specialise

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working with young people (school based experience desirable)
• A calm, patient and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting secondary age learners
