In this role, you will work closely with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing dedicated 1:1 support to help them access learning and achieve their full potential. You’ll be an integral part of the classroom, assisting teachers with lesson delivery, supporting small group activities, and ensuring every student feels included and valued.
✅We are looking for someone with previous secondary school experience, who is patient, proactive, and passionate about helping young people succeed. A positive attitude and the ability to build a strong rapport with students and staff are essential.
