Hays is seeking enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our agency and support schools across London.

Contract: Temporary (ongoing agency supply work)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Term-Time Only

Key Responsibilities
Supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs
Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and supportive environment
Delivering tailored 1:1 or small group support to help pupils achieve their learning goals
Encouraging independence and confidence in students
Supporting behaviour management strategies in line with school policies

What You'll Need
Previous experience working with children or young people (school or SEN setting)
A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, EYFS or SEN training) is desirable.
A patient, caring and proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt and work effectively within a classroom environment
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
