As a Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teachers to help students access the curriculum, provide targeted support for individuals and small groups, and contribute to a calm, inclusive learning atmosphere.

Your new role

• Support learning for students across KS3 and KS4
• Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions under the teacher's direction
• Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of resources
• Support behaviour management and maintain a positive learning environment
• Provide pastoral support to build students’ confidence and independence
• Start date: November 2025

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working with children in any capacity is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a professional school team
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to student progress
