What we’re looking for
  • Experienced Teaching Assistants with a proven track record in secondary schools
  • Strong classroom support skills, including behaviour management and student engagement
  • Ability to work with pupils of varying abilities, including SEN and EAL learners
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
Your role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the classroom—supporting teachers, guiding students, and helping create a fun, inclusive learning environment. From one-to-one support to small group interventions, your contribution will make a real difference every day.
