Teacher of Psychology & Sociology – Immediate Start!

Location: Lovely Secondary School in Oldham
Key Stages: KS4 & KS5
Contract: Cover for a period of illness
Pay: Paid to scale through Hays Education
Start: ASAP

Are you a passionate and knowledgeable Teacher of Psychology and/or Sociology looking to inspire the next generation of thinkers, analysts, and world‑changers? This warm and welcoming school in Oldham is seeking a dedicated educator to join their team and deliver high‑quality lessons across KS4 and KS5.

What We’re Looking For
  • A qualified Teacher of Psychology and/or Sociology OR
  • Someone with significant teaching experience in these subjects within the last 2 years
  • A creative, engaging classroom practitioner
  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • Someone available for an immediate start
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering engaging and well‑structured lessons in Psychology and Sociology
  • Supporting students through GCSE and A‑Level content
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture
  • Bringing enthusiasm and subject expertise to every lesson ✨
