Contract: Full-time | Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS) Start Date: September 2026 – earlier start available for the right candidate

About the Role
Hays Education is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish & French) to join one of our fantastic partner schools. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate linguist who loves inspiring students and bringing languages to life in the classroom.
What We’re Looking For

You must be:
  • ✔️ A UK‑qualified MFL teacher (QTS or QTLS)
  • ✔️ Experienced in teaching KS3 & KS4 Spanish and French in UK secondary schools within the last two years
  • ✔️ Confident in delivering engaging, high‑quality lessons
  • ✔️ Committed to raising attainment and fostering a love of languages
  • ✔️ Ready to start in September — or earlier if you’re available
