Secondary Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages | Pay to Scale | Worthing

A vibrant secondary school in Worthing is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join our dynamic Languages department. We are looking for a teacher with the passion and expertise to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to teach French and/or Spanish to GCSE level.

About the role:
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in French and/or Spanish.
- Teach across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to contribute to KS5 if applicable.
- Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that promote linguistic confidence and cultural awareness.
- Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and support student achievement.
- Contribute to curriculum development, enrichment activities, and whole-school initiatives.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and award-thinking MFL team.

About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge in French and/or Spanish.
- A commitment to high standards of teaching, learning, and student success.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- A reflective practitioner who is eager to develop professionally.
