Permanent Job: English Teacher – North Birmingham (SEN School) ASAP or January 2026 Start
Are you an inspiring English Teacher looking to make a real difference? I’m partnering with a small, all-through SEN school in North Birmingham that’s on a mission to re-engage learners with SEMH needs through creative, flexible, and personalised teaching. This permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and is ready to innovate and adapt to meet the needs of every pupil. 
About the Role:
Deliver creative, flexible, and individualised learning experiences
Re-engage learners with education through innovative approaches
Support students with SEMH needs in a nurturing and structured environment
Contribute to vocational or enrichment programmes (a second specialism is highly desirable)
What We’re Looking For:
Experience or strong interest in working within SEN/SEMH settings
Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet individual needs
A second subject specialism or vocational skill is a bonus
Commitment to motivating and inspiring learners back into education
