Salary: £162–£234 per day (M1 to U1 – Paid to Scale)

A well-regarded co-educational secondary school in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire, is seeking a passionate and qualified Teacher of Computing to join their team. The school is known for its strong academic performance, excellent student behaviour, and supportive teaching environment. With a focus on digital literacy and innovation, this school provides a fantastic setting for delivering high-quality Computer Science education. As a Computing Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons to secondary students. This is a temporary teaching position available on a full-time or part-time basis, starting in September 2025 or as soon as possible.


Your new role

Key responsibilities include:
  • Planning and delivering high-quality Computing lessons
  • Assessing and tracking student progress
  • Participating in parents’ evenings and school events
  • Supporting extracurricular activities and school trips
  • Contributing to the wider school community


What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven UK secondary school teaching experience in Computing or Computer Science
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for digital education
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Availability to start in September or earlier
