Tax Accountant job with Law Firm – Trusts & Estates (Hybrid, 1 Day/Week Office Minimum)
A highly respected law firm in the East of England is seeking an experienced Tax Accountant to join their expanding Individual Client team, specialising in Trusts, Estates, and Personal Tax.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking, client-focused practice that values both professional excellence and personal wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare personal tax returns and 60-day CGT returns for residential property disposals
- Advise on income tax, CGT, SDLT, and tax mitigation strategies
- Finalise lifetime tax affairs and prepare estate accounts
- Handle Inheritance Tax forms for trusts and support overseas domicile clients
- Collaborate with legal teams and support junior staff development
The ideal candidate
- ATT, ACA, ACCA, or TEP qualified
- Strong experience in tax and trust accounting
- Confident working with private clients, executors, and trustees
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
