Your new company

A large public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist to support ongoing recruitment activity across a wide range of corporate services functions. The organisation is navigating a period of change and requires additional support to maintain service delivery and meet workforce demands.

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing high‑volume recruitment activity, delivering targeted campaigns, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process. This is a fast‑paced environment where you will take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of professional services roles.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing high‑volume recruitment pipelines across multiple role types
  • Designing and delivering recruitment campaigns to support operational needs
  • Advising and coaching hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates to agreed timescales
  • Ensuring all processes adhere to organisational policies and employment legislation
  • Supporting workforce planning activity during a period of organisational change


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Strong background in high‑volume recruitment
  • Experience delivering recruitment campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Public sector experience is beneficial but not essential
