Your new role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent & Learning Partner to join the organisation on a maternity cover basis. Working remotely, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to identify learning and talent needs, design impactful development solutions and support the organisation's wider people agenda.
This is a varied role where you'll lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning pathways, facilitate talent reviews and succession planning activities, and support career development through coaching, mentoring and structured development frameworks. You'll play a key role in strengthening leadership capability, supporting organisational growth and helping to build diverse talent pipelines.
Key responsibilities will include:
Designing and delivering engaging learning solutions across digital, blended and live formats.
Partnering with stakeholders to assess current and future capability needs.
Supporting internal trainers and quality assuring learning activities.
Facilitating talent reviews, succession planning and skills gap analysis.
Promoting internal mobility, career development and talent retention initiatives.
Embedding best practice processes across induction, probation and career progression.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll be an experienced Learning & Development or Talent professional with the confidence and credibility to engage stakeholders at all levels. You'll bring a proven track record of designing, delivering and evaluating high-quality learning programmes and be passionate about developing people and organisational capability.
You'll also have:
A Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent) in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, HR or a related discipline, or be working towards this qualification.
Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Experience of coaching, mentoring and talent development initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
The ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
