Reporting to the COO, the Talent Lead will take full accountability for the people function, on both a strategic and operational level across London, Paris and SE Asia. Recruitment, talent management, and engagement are a key focus of the role, as is developing a compelling EVP. However, the role will also encompass generalist responsibilities including leading on annual reviews, performance matters and partnering with SLT to ensure a business-aligned people strategy.

The successful Head of Talent will enjoy working in a creative SME environment and ideally have an appreciation of delivering for a luxury brand. Experience wise, the Talent Lead will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, partnering with SLT and taking a flexible approach where required. This role will suit either a SME Head of People or a more TA-biased professional who also has experience in wider people matters; it is imperative, however, that the Head of Talent has sharp communication and presentation skills.

Offering £90,000, 30 days of a/l (including a Christmas shut down), co. benefits and the role can be offered on a 4 or 5 days per week basis. This role is based in the office 5 days per week.
