About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Coordinator to join our clients HR team within the Civil Service. This is a fast-paced role where you will play a key part in supporting talent and recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with Civil Service policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across talent acquisition and HR processes.
- Manage candidate onboarding, pre-employment checks, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Civil Service recruitment policies and frameworks.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for audits and compliance.
- Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
Essential Requirements
- Civil Service experience is essential – you must understand policies and processes to hit the ground running.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Contract Details
- Day Rate: Up to £250 (Umbrella)
- Start Date: Immediate
- 3 months
