Your New Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance onboarding processes, career path development, training plans and learning frameworks, ensuring that talent remains engaged and equipped for future challenges.

Key responsibilities within this role include:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Attraction: Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across a range of roles, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s values and long-term goals.
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Enhance the candidate journey from initial contact through to onboarding, while actively promoting the organisation’s employer brand across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, advise on market trends, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that support business objectives.
  • Process Optimisation: Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency, consistency, and inclusivity in hiring practices.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles, including early careers programmes, internships, and specialist functions.
  • Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and inform strategic workforce planning.
  • Broader HR Involvement: In addition to a strong focus on talent acquisition, the role will contribute to wider people initiatives including onboarding, job frameworks, benchmarking, and performance management—offering exposure across the full HR ecosystem.

What you will need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) are desirable.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced or professional services environment.
  • Ideally, you will have worked successfully in a specialist Technology or Science-based Talent Acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employer branding, with experience leveraging technology and data to drive hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with a passion for attracting top talent and enhancing organisational capability.

What you will get in return
This organisation offers a competitive remuneration and benefits package and can offer a great work-life balance and the flexibility you require.
