About the Role
You will be joining a large matrix insurance company who are currently going on a growth journey. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading end ‑ to ‑ end hiring strategies and bringing market intelligence to support decision ‑ making. You will manage full ‑ cycle recruitment, elevate the candidate experience, and help build a scalable, inclusive, and insight ‑ led talent function.
Salary - 55k
Bonus - OTE 10%
5,500 pension contribution
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead end ‑ to ‑ end hiring strategies for assigned business areas, consulting senior stakeholders on talent needs, market conditions, and future workforce planning.
- Act as the primary recruitment advisor, providing insights, coaching, and constructive challenge to influence hiring decisions.
- Manage full ‑ cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews, offer management, and closing while ensuring a high ‑ quality candidate experience.
- Use market insights and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, offering data ‑ driven recommendations and maintaining accurate ATS documentation.
- Support regional talent projects across employer branding, early careers, sourcing strategies, DEI initiatives, and technology enhancements.
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in talent acquisition within complex, matrixed, and international environments.
- Proven track record in full ‑ cycle recruitment and consulting senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse market data and talent insights to shape hiring strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate a compelling, inclusive story.
- Experience delivering regional or global projects, including early careers initiatives.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors or similar).
- Exposure to employer branding or candidate ‑ experience initiatives.
- Understanding of DEI best practices in recruitment.
- Comfortable working in a fast ‑ paced, high ‑ growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Cultural agility and experience working across multiple geographies is desirable.
