Prestigious, innovative SME in the luxury retail sector that has enjoyed sequential years of growth. Instantly recognisable, they hold an enviable position in their market and are beginning to expand their offering to non-UK markets.

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, you will be the sole TA professional in this SME and therefore be responsible for all recruitment matters. As the TA Manager, you will focus on direct delivery, refining the PSL and driving more strategic talent initiatives. You will manage c 10 mandates at any one time, ranging from operational, hourly paid roles to senior, corporate hiring. The TA Manager will partner with the SLT to understand current and future needs and be an ambassador for the brand when going to market.

The ideal TA Manager will have a steady, progressive career in recruitment spanning both agency and in-house, and have presence with SLT. Given the SME element of this luxury brand, as well as focus on direct hiring, the ideal TA Manager will enjoy hands-on recruitment and be able to jump between recruiting for operational, hourly-paid roles and experienced, corporate hires. In addition, the Recruitment Manager will be responsible for strategic TA initiatives and work with the HRD to mature the TA function.

Office based 4 days per week, offering £60,000 - £70,000, 10% bonus, standard benefits.
