Your new role
As a qualified Teaching Assistant, you’ll be supporting teachers and pupils in a variety of classroom settings. This is a flexible supply role, offering day-to-day assignments across several schools in Taunton. You’ll help with learning activities, provide one-to-one support where needed, and contribute to creating a positive learning environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or above)
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
