About the Role
We are seeking a Systems People Partner to join our HR team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving processes, implementing HR systems, and ensuring seamless integration across the organisation. You’ll play a key part in supporting the people strategy and driving efficiency through technology and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on the implementation and optimisation of HR systems and processes.
Partner with managers and teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration of systems.
Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
Analyse data and generate insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the wider HR team to align systems with organisational goals.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience with Cascade HR system – this is a must-have for the role.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to manage projects and deliver within agreed timelines.
Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional office presence.
