"CRM Migration Business Analyst"

Senior IT Business Analyst – Farnborough, Hampshire (2 days weekly on site) - £500-£550 per day inside IR35 – rolling contract

Requirements:

Business Analysis:

5+ years in Financial Services, gathering and documenting requirements for IT projects.

CRM & Data:

Multi-year CRM experience, including data migration and process flows (Prospect Lead Customer).

Agile Tools & Methodologies:

Expertise in Jira, Confluence; experience with agile testing tools (X-Ray, Cucumber).

Testing Expertise:

Skilled in test case creation and execution; managing bugs and requirements lifecycle.

Data Analysis & Structures:

Ability to write SQL for investigations; strong understanding of data structures and flows.

Interface & Process Design:

Experience in designing data flows, dictionaries, and reviewing processes to avoid siloed solutions.

Structured Methodologies:

Demonstrable experience with Agile, Rational, and Waterfall approaches.

Workshop Facilitation:

Skilled in hosting workshops and documenting outputs in Jira/Confluence.

Stakeholder Management:

Ability to influence without authority and navigate matrix structures.

This role requires a stable CV with multiple 1 year + contracts. A long-term role with commitments not suitable for job-hoppers. Do apply with a CV showing your experience, you will require right to work in the UK and be based close to Farnborough, Hampshire to be considered.
