"CRM Migration Business Analyst"

IT Business Analyst – Strategic CRM Migration Programme – Farnborough - £480-£500 per day inside IR35 – Hybrid (2 days per week on site) I am working with an exclusive client within Financial Services who are looking for a Business Analyst, ideally from a Financial Services background who has worked extensively on CRM migrations.

This is a contract until the end of 2026, after which further extensions are expected due to a heavy influx of work on this long-term project. You'll be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements within a strategic CRM transformation programme. The role ensures alignment between business needs and technical solutions, supporting end-to-end delivery across discovery, design, build, test, and release phases. You'll also require the ability to create simple SQL queries, the ability to create solid user stories and Jira and Confluence for tracking.

Senior level candidate with 5 years of lead / senior Business Analyst roles
