About the job:
IT Business Systems Analysis work involves acting as a
liaison between the business / end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including:
• Identifying and analysing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives
• Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
• Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices)
• Translating business requirements into application requirements.
• Ensuring that all global development trends of the business, central technologies and locations / plants are considered

What will you bring to the global premium automotive brand:
• Project Management of investigation requests, functional enhancements and new solutions
• Successful completion of studies at university with a focus on computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or mathematics with a focus on IT.
•Excellent knowledge of business processes.

•Experience of project management and methodologies, particularly Agile.
•A good knowledge of Written and Spoken English is required and knowledge of German is a distinct advantage.

Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an annual performance-related bonus. You will receive a generous annual leave up to 35 days which is inclusive of bank holidays. There’s free on-site parking available and you’ll have access to a subsidised restaurant. We offer hybrid working where employees split their time between working remotely (often from home) and working in the office
