• Manage all aspects of tenancy and housing services, including voids, lettings, arrears, and tenancy breaches.
• Complete tenancy sign-ups and assist with Housing Benefit claims.
• Proactively chase rent arrears and provide tenancy sustainment support.
• Carry out regular health & safety inspections and ensure compliance checks (gas, legionella, etc.) are completed.
• Report and coordinate repairs, liaising with contractors for access and completion.
• Record and respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately.
• Attend multi-agency meetings to support tenants effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in tenancy management and knowledge of housing law and welfare benefits.
• Experience supporting vulnerable individuals, including those with mental health challenges or addiction.
• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and business insurance.
• Enhanced DBS (preferably on the update service).
