Winchester Support Worker - Weekend work - AM or PM shift

Weekend Support Worker – Winchester
Location: Winchester, Hampshire
Hours: Weekends only – 07:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00
Support Ratio: 2:1
Salary:£13.86 -£14.50
Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? We’re seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care for a lovely lady living independently in her own bungalow in Winchester.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with personal care routines
  • Administering medication safely and accurately
  • Supporting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Creating a warm, respectful, and engaging environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 6 months experience in care or support work in the UK.
  • Driver or able to get to the service via public transport.
  • DBS in the Update Service for a quick start, but don't worry, if not, we will process you a new one!
  • Reliability and flexibility for weekend shifts
