A well known government organisation with offices across the UK. This role will be to support a busy user base within their offices in Greater Glasgow

Your new role

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for working on the IT Support Desk you will provide customer support in an in person environment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues as required. You will work within a newly created team to support the wider business to achieve their aims and deliver their objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:

• Previous experience of supporting IT hardware ad software in a live environment.
• Excellent knowledge of MS skills including InTune, Azure, M365.
• Previous experience working with iOS devices, and Windows laptops/desktops to provide troubleshooting and rollout services.
• Able to work to deadlines and deliver high quality work under pressure.
• Previous experience in a customer facing IT role with fantastic customer service skills.

Please note the candidate must have an active SC clearance to be eligible for this role.
