Our client a leading Legal Organisation are looking to compliment their outsourced support function with an onsite IT Support Analyst based in their London HQ Offices. With a need for occasiional visits to the European offices.

Due to the nature of an IT Support Analyst, this person will be required to be on site for 5 days a week. This role will afford an excellent opportunity to get hands on in many areas and develop a strong adaptable skill set. Ideally you will have but not essential previous Law Firm experience, with excellent customer facing skills. A good flexible approach due to the global presence of this business.

The IT Support Analyst will provide direct end user support, up to 2nd line and escalate issues to the 3rd Party Support provider and ensuring they adhere to SLA's and resolve escalations. Instrumental in the implementaion of new technologies. Responsible for record keeping and asset management and replacement as required. Ensuring availability of equipment for off site puposes. Adding and delting user accounts.
The technical skills required ITIL, Cyber Essentials, Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications along with peripherals, Experience in Microsoft 365 applications, Experience in supporting Mobile devices, Active Directory Administration, Prior experience of standard apps would be extremely desirable for example: Bighand, Citrix,DMS (iManage / NetDocuments), Office, PMS
