Your new role

• Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils across a range of subjects and age groups
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities
• Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusive learning environments
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
• Work flexibly across different schools and year groups

What you'll need to succeed

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Previous experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working in different school environments
• DBS
