Your new school

Your new school will depend on where you would like to work and how far you're willing to travel. Lots of schools are getting in touch at the moment for roles starting asap and, therefore, I'm expecting it to be busy in the next coming months with September just around the corner. This role is completely flexible around the days you can work, whether this be full-time or part-time. Having use of a car is beneficial but by no means essential.

What you'll need to succeed

• You must have at least 40 days of recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant within the last 3 years, which we are able to reference.
• Hays welcomes all candidates, whether you are qualified or unqualified!
• You must be approachable and have a calm and understanding approach to working with children.
