About the Role
•Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 (subject specialism welcomed but not essential)
•Maintain a calm, purposeful classroom atmosphere and strong behaviour management
•Quickly build positive relationships with students and staff
•Adapt effectively to different classes, abilities, and teaching styles
•Provide feedback to the department or cover manager at the end of each day

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
•Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
•Ability to engage students and deliver learning with confidence and clarity
•Strong adaptability and resilience—able to step into different classes with ease
•Professionalism, reliability, and great communication skills
•Previous experience in a UK school setting (essential)
