We are looking for flexible, committed supply teachers who are open to day‑to‑day work, short‑term cover or longer placements. Whether your strengths lie in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, we’ll help you find roles that suit your experience, preferred age groups and working pattern.

Your new role

• Teaching engaging, purposeful lessons that keep pupils focused and supported in their learning.
• Settling quickly into new school environments, adapting to routines and expectations while maintaining strong teaching standards.
• Working within each school’s curriculum and planning framework, using your expertise to meet the needs of all learners.
• Managing behaviour confidently and building positive relationships with pupils and staff across different settings.
• Showing professionalism, flexibility and a positive approach to ensure the smooth running of each school you work with.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience within primary education and confidence teaching one or more year groups.
• Strong behaviour management and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Secure curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver effective lessons with limited preparation time.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, adaptable attitude when working with a variety of schools and teams.
