Supply Teacher - Swindon

Pay: Up to £150 per day
Contract: Flexible / Day-to-day / Short-term

Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for flexible work? Hays Education are currently recruiting experienced and newly qualified Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in [location].

The Role:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across your subject or key stage
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Adapt quickly to different school environments
Provide continuity of learning in the absence of the permanent teacher

What You’ll Need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Recent classroom experience (placements accepted for ECTs)
An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong classroom management skills
Flexibility and a proactive approach
