Your new role

We are currently looking for teachers who are open to flexible supply work across the Nuneaton area. Opportunities range from single‑day cover to ongoing placements, with both part-time and full-time options available. You may be delivering pre-prepared lessons, supporting mixed‑ability groups, or taking short-term responsibility for a class. Each placement offers the chance to work within friendly, supportive school teams who value clear communication, consistency and a calm, encouraging approach. Whether you enjoy the variety of moving between different schools or prefer settling into one setting for a longer period, we’ll help you find roles that align with your strengths and schedule.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Confident behaviour management and a warm, supportive manner
• Flexibility to adapt to different routines, expectations and school cultures
• Strong organisational skills and a steady, practical teaching approach
• A commitment to creating a safe, positive learning environment for pupils
