Hays Education are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our supply team, supporting a variety of secondary schools in Blackpool and the surrounding towns. As a supply TA, you’ll be providing classroom support across a range of subjects and age groups, helping to create a positive learning environment and assisting students with their academic and personal development. Whether you're looking for short-term placements or longer assignments, we’ll work with you to find roles that suit your availability and preferences.

To be successful, you’ll need a Level 2 (or higher) Teaching Assistant qualification, along with a proactive and professional approach to supporting learning. Experience in secondary education is desirable but not essential, and we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a genuine passion for working with young people.
