Hays Education is currently recruiting passionate and flexible Primary Teachers to join our supply register for PPA cover across a range of welcoming and well-established schools in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple year groups without the responsibility of planning or marking.

Our partner schools are located throughout Sandwell and Birmingham and are known for their supportive environments and collaborative staff teams. You’ll be joining a network of professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding education.

Your new role

• Full-time commitment required for the duration of the summer term
• Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 during PPA time
• No planning or marking responsibilities
• Immediate start available – ongoing role

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential for registration
• Proven experience teaching across all primary age groups
• A flexible and proactive approach to working across different schools and year groups
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building positive relationships with staff and pupils
• A valid DBS registered to the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Two recent references covering the last two years
