Hays Education are currently recruiting for dedicated LSAs to join our supply team, supporting a variety of secondary schools in and around Preston. As a supply Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be providing tailored support to students across various subjects and age groups. You’ll work closely with teaching staff to help create inclusive and engaging learning experiences, supporting students with both academic and emotional needs.

We’re looking for candidates with a Level 2 (or higher) qualification in supporting teaching and learning, or relevant experience in an educational setting. A proactive and compassionate approach is essential, and experience working with secondary-aged pupils is desirable but not required.
