We’re recruiting for a Supply Chain Planner to join a dynamic logistics operation in Northants on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work across global planning and logistics functions, supporting cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the material planning interface with UK Logistics Centre operations.
Manage aftermarket kitting and production scheduling processes.
Coordinate supplier returns with Supply Chain Services and site teams.
Handle customer returns across the EMEA region in collaboration with sales teams.
Create and modify Advanced Shipping Notifications to ensure smooth product receipt.
Engage with inbound operations to resolve errors and maintain low cycle times.
Provide internal escalation support to operational and transportation teams.
Coordinate site activities including hazmat handling and receiving prioritisation.
Support inventory optimisation initiatives across the site.

What You’ll Need:

A degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in a supply chain role (internship or equivalent).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions.
