2 x 12-24 month roles to support ERP Implementation, one Supply Chain, the other Manufacturing

Your new company
A global leader in their specialist field, this internationally recognised manufacturer is undergoing transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud based ERP.

Your new role
There are two long-term contract positions; one role will focus on Supply Chain processes, the other will focus on Manufacturing.
Both are anticipated to be 12 to 24 months, hybrid with an average across the project of 3 days per week onsite.
In both cases, the role holder will act as a bridge between current operations and future Oracle-enabled workflows, ensuring smooth transition management, effective change adoption, and training strategies that will empower the team. The role requires challenging existing practices, promoting Oracle best practices, and driving process standardisation while respecting local statutory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with business stakeholders to document and analyse current processes across manufacturing / supply chain, and related functions.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in legacy processes and propose Oracle-driven standard process solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between site functional teams and the Oracle implementation partner to ensure alignment of requirements.
  • Support process redesign workshops and provide guidance on Oracle best practices.
  • Assist in data migration, cleansing and validation activities.
  • Contribute to testing, training, and go-live support phases.
  • Monitor progress and report on risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation projects, ideally Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (although other advanced ERP systems can be considered).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and/or supply chain processes.
  • Expertise in change management and transition planning, in particular supporting people and teams through business process change.
  • Ability to map and redesign business processes for ERP environments.
  • Ability to challenge existing practices and advocate for global process standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with legacy BPCS systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.

What you'll get in return

Attractive rate to suit experience (£300-700 per day, outside of IR35). Please note these are hybrid roles, with an average across the project of 3 days per week onsite. Some weeks may be more, some less, depending on needs at different phases of the project.
