Your new company
Your new company is a well‑established, forward‑thinking organisation operating within a fast‑paced retail supply environment. With strong partnerships across major retail channels and a commitment to continuous improvement, the business is focused on maintaining exceptional service levels, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding availability to its customers. You’ll be joining a company that values analytical thinking, collaboration, and proactive leadership.
Your new role
As the Retail Supply Chain Manager, you will act as the central point of contact for all supply chain activity relating to a major retail customer. You will be responsible for managing and improving supply chain performance, ensuring product availability, and maintaining OTIF targets through accurate sales forecasting and effective supplier capacity planning.

Daily activity will involve analysing sales trends, managing stock profiles, advising on purchasing strategies, supporting promotional planning, and contributing to both budgeting and forecasting cycles.
This is a broad and influential role that also includes financial analysis, supporting commercial discussions, overseeing retail price books, monitoring underperforming product lines, and producing weekly reports for senior stakeholders. You will additionally hold people‑management responsibilities, ensuring performance, training, development, and HR compliance across your team.

- A role where your insight and leadership directly influence business performance
- Development opportunities and the chance to mentor and grow a team
- A supportive, collaborative working culture within a growing organisation
