Supply Chain Replenishment Assistant- Atherstone- SAP experience required

Your new company

You will be working for a popular retail organisation based in Atherstone which are going through a period of growth and are looking to appoint several Supply Chain Replenishment Assistants to help support a new project within their latest distribution centre.

Your new role

The Supply Chain Replenishment Assistant will be responsible for demand planning, replenishment and forecasting stock levels within the new DC for their stores across the UK and Ireland in order to maintain product availability. The role will be managing day to day supplier and stakeholder engagement, implementing continuous improvement and replenishment strategies and providing reporting in your relevant area for availability performance and case fulfilment. You will work closely with suppliers, ensuring that all products are received on time in full into the DC's. You will work cross-functionally with logistics, supply chain, buying and the trading teams.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need to display a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management. You will have worked in analytical focused roles such as Supply Chain Planner, Supply Chain Analyst, Demand Planner, Supply Planner or similar. You will need to be an effective relationship builder with an organised, detailed, focused approach to your work. Experience with Excel functions will be desirable along with working knowledge of SAP for forecasting and planning.

What you'll get in return

In this role you will receive a permanent contract alongside a salary of £33,035 which will increase in increments up to £38,580 over a 1, 3 and 5-year period. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing business that is offering a hybrid working pattern of 3 days on site and 2 days at home. Hours are 8am-4:30 pm (With some flexibility). You will be offered excellent progression and training opportunities.
