£13.87 per hour + holiday pay | 35 hours per week

We’re looking for a new team member to join a busy Student Support and Wellbeing team. This is a front‑line administrative role, supporting students with queries and ensuring they’re directed to the right services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing first‑point‑of‑contact support to students (in person and over the phone)
- Responding to student queries and giving clear, accurate information
- Logging mitigating circumstances and coursework extension requests accurately (Excel)
- Drafting and sending sensitively worded emails using Outlook templates
- Signposting and referring students to appropriate support services
- Handling confidential information in line with GDPR
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple teams
What we’re looking for:
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and ability to follow processes
- Confidence using Excel and Outlook
- Calm, professional, and approachable manner
- Previous admin experience desirable
- Able to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
