Are you a confident, target-driven sales professional looking for a meaningful short-term opportunity for a creative London University. Join our dynamic Student Recruitment Sales Team and help prospective students find the right course to transform their future.
We’re seeking someone with direct sales experience, a strong grasp of sales funnel performance, and a passion for helping individuals make informed decisions about their learning journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Consultative Sales: Guide prospective students through a personalised sales process to assess course fit based on their goals and motivations.
- Qualification & Screening: Pre-screen applicants against entry criteria to ensure suitability and set clear expectations.
- Front-Line Engagement: Lead phone-based outreach and follow-up, acting as the first point of contact for enquirers.
- Pipeline Management: Own your recruitment funnel, track conversions, and consistently meet individual targets.
- Information Provision: Deliver accurate, timely guidance on course content, payment options, funding, support services, and more.
- Event Support: Collaborate with Marketing to run online lead generation and conversion events.
- Coaching & Support: Bring your experience in coaching or team management to support colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales or student recruitment in a phone-based role.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, conversion metrics, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a big plus).
- Confident communicator with a coaching or team leadership background.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experienced in -Consultative Sales | Funnel Management | Target Achievement
