Structural Engineer – Manchester | Varied Projects, Real Progression & Great Culture

Structural Engineer (or early Senior Structural Engineer)
£35,000–£45,000 + Bonus (Employee‑Owned)

We are partnered with an excellent consultancy looking for a Structural Engineer with around 5 years’ experience to join a growing Manchester team.

You’ll work across healthcare, residential, commercial and events projects, gaining real responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to run your own jobs.

What you’ll be doing
  • Structural design across a variety of sectors
  • Managing projects and building client relationships
  • Working closely with architects/contractors
  • Site visits + solving technical challenges

What we’re looking for
  • ~5 years’ structural engineering experience
  • Strong design skills (steel, concrete, timber, masonry)
  • Confident communicator, keen to develop PM/client-facing skills
