What you'll need to succeed
Responsibilities:
- Produce structural engineering designs across a range of sectors.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare calculations, reports, and drawings in accordance with industry standards.
- Support senior engineers and contribute to project planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and best practices.
What you'll get in return
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in structural design, ideally within a consultancy setting.
- Progress toward chartership with a recognised institution (e.g., ICE or IStructE).
- Proficiency in design software such as Tekla, TEDDS, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
