Your New Role
As the Strategic Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high-profile strategic customer account, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all business units. You’ll act as the primary point of contact, driving performance, compliance, and growth through proactive relationship management and operational excellence. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with clear progression opportunities for future leadership.
What You'll Need to Succeed
You’ll bring a strong background in strategic account management, ideally within B2B environments such as industrial, MRO, or utilities. You’ll be commercially astute, confident in leading contractual delivery, and skilled in stakeholder engagement. Key competencies include:
