• Reporting and presenting on performance metrics, strategy impacts, and customer outcomes
• Developing customer outreach strategies using behavioural and historical data
• Identifying and mitigating risks through robust analytics
• Building and maintaining dashboards and reports for operational insight
• Supporting ad-hoc analysis and effectively communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong SQL or Python skills
• An analytical mindset with solid data collection and modelling techniques
• The ability to thrive in a fluid, collaborative environment
