We have a requirement for a Stores Operative with our engineering client in Dungannon area.

Your new company

Your new role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in managing material movements across the facility and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded on the ERP system. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Loading and unloading vehicles, receiving and checking deliveries, and reporting discrepancies before booking items into the system
  • Booking parts into the ERP system and ensuring prompt put‑away
  • Issuing materials to and from designated areas using the inventory management system
  • Scanning and filing all paperwork accurately
  • Completing regular stock counts and reporting any discrepancies
  • Preparing job kits by printing job lists, picking orders, wrapping, packing, labelling and shipping to internal and external customers
  • Ensuring all orders are dispatched within required deadlines
  • Reviewing and ordering factory consumables as needed
  • Maintaining all storage and stock areas in a safe, tidy and organised condition
  • Adhering to and promoting all safety procedures, including correct use of PPE and equipment


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced stores or warehouse environment
  • A valid forklift licence (desirable)
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
