The services of Hays have been retained by our client, an established and busy construction consultancy, to recruit several Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary basis for the next 3–4 months.

You will carry out stock condition surveys of residential / domestic properties across Northern Ireland.
You will assess property conditions, which will include Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) tasks to determine EPC ratings and energy improvements.

You will use a handheld device (Tablet PC) to record survey information.

You will be an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor with a demonstrable track record of undertaking surveys of residential / domestic properties. You should be DEA qualified and be self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your own workload.

A competitive rate is available per completed survey – you will be paid weekly by Hays via BACS transfer. The client is offering a good degree of flexibility and is open to hiring individuals to work on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 3 days per week).
