New Specialist Administrator temporary role

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks related to procurement and contract management activities
  • Arrange meetings and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Gather, input and process data required for procurement and contracting activities
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated relevant professional experience, ideally in project administration, database
  • High level of attention to detail and focus on accuracy - essential
  • Highly organised, dynamic, quick learner and proactive - essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams - essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel – essential
