Main Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks related to procurement and contract management activities
- Arrange meetings and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Gather, input and process data required for procurement and contracting activities
Requirements:
- Demonstrated relevant professional experience, ideally in project administration, database
- High level of attention to detail and focus on accuracy - essential
- Highly organised, dynamic, quick learner and proactive - essential
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams - essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel – essential
